Your Role

• Perform general warehouse administrative tasks, including organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Carry out data entry tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Verify and ensure accuracy of all data input related to product inventory transactions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to quality control, safety, and security.
• Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the customer orders are delivered on time and accurately.
• Assist in packing and labeling of goods in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Address work-related issues and seek feedback for improvement.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned.

We Are Looking For

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Good physical stamina.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Good  communication skills, able to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• A Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Warehouse Supervisor.

The Role

As Technical Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting new installations in the field and maintaining existing setups of our retail operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and departments, fostering collaboration and open communication that contribute to the seamless operation of our retail environments.

• Provide operational support for our devices and Advertisement platform.
• Assist with the maintenance and technical support for IT systems, including on-site support.
• Support the implementation and upkeep of IT documentation (such as Standard Operating Procedures, IT operation guidelines, etc.).
• Participate in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
• Involve in internal system testing, pre-production, roll-out of deployment, and post-deployment support with our partners.
• Provide entry-level technical support and training to internal users, with a focus on network-related issues.
• Perform on-site installation planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving at various locations.

We Are Looking For

• Fresh graduate holding a Diploma or above in IT, System/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Eagerness to learn and improve skills in line with future technology trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the curiosity to identify root causes will be a bonus.
• Exposure to coursework in networking and Linux operating systems is an absolute advantage.
• Familiarity with processes and guidelines to support IT operations is a plus.
• A team player who can work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with clients and internal parties.
• Fluent in Japanese (N1 required) and effective communication in both written and spoken English.
